01

Token Economy

A token economy is a behavioral system where individuals earn tokens for displaying specific positive behaviors. These tokens act as placeholders and can later be exchanged for rewards or privileges, reinforcing desirable actions. In settings like schools or therapy, tokens can be stickers, points, or stars, and rewards may include free time, small treats, or favourite activities. Token economies are widely used ABA as they provide consistent reinforcement and help in gradually building new skills or reducing unwanted behaviours.

First-Then Board

A First-Then board is a simple visual tool used to encourage task completion and teach sequencing by showing the order of activities. It consists of two sections: "First" (the task to be completed) and "Then" (a preferred activity or reward). By visually presenting the steps, it helps individuals understand expectations and motivates them to complete less preferred tasks.

03

Visual Schedules

A visual schedule is a tool that uses images, symbols, or text to represent a sequence of activities or tasks. It provides individuals, especially those with autism or ADHD, with a clear understanding of what to expect throughout their day. By breaking down routines into simple, manageable steps, visual schedules reduce anxiety, improve independence, and support smooth transitions between activities. Common in ABA therapy, classrooms, and home settings, visual schedules help establish structure and encourage task completion, enhancing predictability and focus.

Data Sheet & Other Templates

Our data sheets help parents, educators, and ABA practitioners track behaviours efficiently. The ABC (Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence) data sheet logs what happens before and after a behaviour, offering insights into triggers and consequences. The frequency data sheet records how often a behaviour occurs, useful for measuring progress over time. Lastly, our general data sheet is used in our sessions when running trials for our programs! Enjoy.
